Prices are for the apartment per week in UK Pounds and are inclusive of all energy costs, excluding air conditioning. Long winter bookings (November - March), exceeding 6 week stays, are £125 per week plus electric charged based on meter readings.
Changeover days are flexible. Arrival after 2pm and the apartment must be vacated by 11am on day of departure, however this may be flexible, please ask.
